• LTC Approval Letter

• Submit all documents at least 10 working days before the travel date.
  

Payment Policies

• Advance Payment: 50% of the total package cost must be paid at the time of booking confirmation.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid at least 10 days prior to the travel date.

Cancellation Policies

• 25% Cancellation Charges: Applicable if cancelled within 30 days from the actual travel date.
• 50% Cancellation Charges: Applicable if cancelled within 15 days from the actual travel date.
• 100% Cancellation Charges: Applicable if cancelled within 7 days from the actual travel date.

Special Note

• No refund for unused services like meals, extra mattress, or special add-ons (candlelight dinner, flower decoration, honeymoon cake, etc.).
• No refund if the trip is cancelled due to weather issues, natural disasters, or cancellation of ferry, cruise, or flights.
